The challenge about becoming a speaker is that there are no parameters or regulated pathways to "get there." This can make the journey as a speaker quite intimidating and overwhelming, causing many budding speakers to get stuck before they even start!
In this episode, I will share with you all the things I have learned about the business of speaking throughout the years.
I had no idea about these things because people don't talk about them, but knowing these things would've certainly helped me at the start of my speaking career. Knowing these things would've helped me skip many years of trial and error and fast-track my progress so much more!

Can you imagine being told that your talk was “a load of BS”?! 😱Well, it's happened to me.Someone said it right in the middle of a talk that I was giving - Loud enough for everyone in the audience to hear...I died inside. I'd never been so humiliated and ashamed.That night, I told myself I was DONE. I never wanted to go through that awful experience again, so I was ready to give up on my speaking career.Buuuuut, hi. I'm still here 🙋🏻♀️😂In this week's episode, hear about the details of this disastrous talk and learn how this is actually a rite of passage for any speaker! I'll share how I overcame this brutal humiliation not only to move on, but to THRIVE from this rejection so that you, too, can lead with courage on and off the stage despite external noise and distraction!
